Finally back from term test. Bitch ass term test.

Spent the day after school at pearlyn's house together with tori. Wasn't exactly in the holidays mood because suddenly felt the urge to grab a book and study. Plus the timings to watch movie weren't quite right. So, ended up watching Moulin Rouge. For the 6th time already.... But I must say....P's house super clean can. Even the walls are damn clean.
Me and tori went off like around 5 plus and I headed home to bathe and change to meet euguene for dinner at tampines mall. Ended up eating mos burger while euguene was eating toriyaki. Headed off to clark quey after dinner to meet up with diana, belinda, Jason and Haosheng and we walked to dblo.
Anyway, before I explain any further. It's to celebrate December armpit's birthday! got eugene, zhi heng and Olivia.
Back to outside dblo.
There's one damn embarrassing (welll...not for me..you'll see) incident. Because we couldn't wait. So we decided to try to get into the express queue. And D and B being underage, we tried to get them in too. For the heck of it. And guess what?
"Excuse me girl, you are underage"
Classic. Anyway, the party was a blast. Was fun to hang out with my buddies from armpit.

Went home with eugene on the cab. Reached home immediately fell asleep. Woke up to buy ingredients for Sunday. Went to NTUC with Eugene and diana, we practically bought the whole of NTUC down. No la...just quite a few stuffs. Eugene and Diana are just bangalas I bought over to carry those bags :)))
Went to market 85 to eat like tons and tons of food. Bbq sotong. Kang kong. Bah chor mee. Hokkien mee. Satay. Full until can die sia.

Morning I woke up to prepare the ingredients before dear comes. Was having a little stomachache in the morning though it died down later on.
And.....my latest dish that I tried out!!!!!!
Crispy fragrant jumbo prawns
This dish above, I decided to make it together with scallops. The result was like. Fabulous.
1. Preheat oven to 220 degrees and rub a baking tray with olive oil and set it Aside.
2. Put bread crumbs, parsley, lemon zest, a glug of olive oil and Parmesan and mix it all up
3. Toss prawns in flour and shake off any excess
4. Dip prawns into beaten egg and then into the breadcrumbs. Pushing every breadcrumbs into the prawn to get the flavour in.
5. Shake of excess and put on baking tray and leave it in the oven for 10 mins.
6. Crispy and golden will do the trick!!! And add a LITTLE salt on the prawns.
Works well for squid/scallop and seafood.
Anway, the main course was spaghette with sausages cos it's her FAVOURITE :))))))
